Our Spaces
La Casa is two traditional Puglian buildings, carefully restored and modernised while keeping their original character. The trulli hold four independent, fully air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The lamia is the social heart — living room, dining and a large kitchen opening onto the covered terrace. Around them: the pool, the sunbathing terrace, the outdoor shower and four hectares of olives.

A blend of historic stonework and modernity inside the trullo, looking onto the garden. A large 160 × 200 cm double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and bidet.

The lamia
A spacious, air-conditioned living room a few steps from the trulli — the place to gather before dinner or read through the heat of the afternoon, opening straight onto the dining area and kitchen.

A large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and covered terrace — oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and everything needed for a proper meal, however many are at the table.

Every bedroom has its own private bathroom: a walk-in shower, WC and bidet, finished simply and kept spotless — nothing shared, nothing to coordinate.
The pool
Four by ten metres of private water, ringed by a broad sunbathing terrace and a run of loungers — no one swims here but you. An outdoor shower sits at the edge for the walk back.

Good to know
The whole property is yours alone: sleeps nine across the four rooms, with Wi-Fi throughout, a dedicated workspace, washing machine, heating for the shoulder seasons and black-out comfort for late mornings. Arrival is through the electric gate, along the private drive to free parking and an EV charging column. Housekeeping is weekly, with more available on request — and our caretaker lives in town, minutes away.
